At Frye, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted leather goods aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, a prepaid UPS shipping label will be generated; simply print it out and attach it to your original shipping box.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely protected for transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse has inspected the return and processed your refund.
